Movie Trailer Critique

Our latest G.T project was to make a movie trailer, our job was to plan it out, film and edit it to make it look like a real movie trailer. My teammates were Mele, Kyla, and Kacie they were good teammates because they all contributed a fair amount into our project. Our trailer plan document was definitely one of the hardest parts of our project because we had to make all the scenes make sense and fit together well. I contributed to our project by Filming the A-roll, and reading the voice acting script. Personally I feel that this was a good project because it really helped us to learn to work with other people, and it also helped us to practice editing in Final Cut Pro.

The project requirements were tricky to get into our project and to get it to still make sense. The requirements that we needed to include was at least 1.5 minutes to 2.5 minutes, 5 scenes, a voice acting script, dialogue, foley, text layovers, and our teams best movie poster. I feel we successfully included each and every requirement into our project. To make sure they were all of the requirements were included we went through the list of requirements multiple times to make sure they were all included. Also we watched our trailer over and over again.

I Really enjoyed the class critique because it let us vote for what trailer we liked the best. Also in the class critique is showed what the class thought of our trailer. Personally I agree with the results because well I thought ours was pretty cool but yet there was other trailers that were better than ours .I learned that it Can be pretty difficult to work with others. I also learned That animation can be pretty difficult when trying to make a movie trailer.
